Mike just helped me sell the house that I had lived in for the past 17 years. The house was in good condition, but Mike came over to give me recommendations on things that I should do to help my house sell even faster. I was in a bit of a time crunch so Mike helped me find the contractors and house cleaners to complete some needed work in a timely fashion. The house was looking sharp after the work was done and Mike was very active in his communication with me the entire time. He is an excellent communicator and more than anything knows how to 'close the deal' which can be trickier than it looks sometimes in real estate.
